For a second time in three years, Businessweek.com is advising parents raising children in Vermont that there is no better place than North Bennington based on educational and economic factors, crime rate, air quality, ethnic diversity and amenities such as recreation space, museums and childcare centers. The international attention highlights what those close to the village have known all along.
