National Commercial Auctioneers announces a three-day bank-ordered real estate auction in the Carolinas April 17, 18 and 19, according to Randy Ligon, regional vice president and broker.
“We have approximately 80 properties throughout North and South Carolina,” said Ligon“These include industrial and flex buildings, multi-family land, office condos and subdivisionsWe are still finalizing the catalog, but we are very excited about the commercial and residential real estate opportunities here for investors and private buyers—everything from building lots and acreage to storage facilities and commercial retail units.”
The auctions will be conducted: at the Holiday Inn Center City Hotel in Charlotte, NC, on April 17, 2012, at 1 p.mlocal time; at the Embassy Suites Golf Resort & Conference Center in Greenville, SC, on April 18, 2012 at 1 p.mlocal time; and at the Hilton Garden Inn Columbia Northeast in Columbia, SC, on April 19, 2012, at 1 p.mlocal timeOnline bidding will also be available for those who cannot attend the live auctions in person.
