BUFFALO GROVE — Zachary M. Stern and Rachel S. Stern purchased a home at 1300 Hidden Lake Drive in Buffalo Grove from Robert L. Epstein and Marcia Epstein on July 24. The 23-year-old, 2.5 bath, 2,654 square-foot home sold for $405,000. Zachary Stern is an attorney at Tishler and Wald, Ltd. in Chicago.
