Tony Banducci comes to Hughes Realty with over 10 years of sales experience. In 2004 he worked for Lennar Homes, the 3rd largest homebuilder in the U.S. At the time he was selling Lennar’s largest master planned community development of Windemere in San Ramon. After Lennar, he switched gears to work with smaller developers and take on the role of Sales Manager. As acting Sales Manager he quickly sold out a 200 unit community in Milpitas in only 18 months. He was also highly successful as the Sales Manager at 8 Orchids, a 157 unit, 11 story high-rise building in Downtown Oakland. In 2008, 8 Orchids was honored as “the fastest selling community in bay area.” With over 60 million in residential sales in the past 5 years, his proven track record as both a Sales Manager and marketing expert made him the perfect fit as Sales Manager of Hughes Realty-The Eco Broker.
