Pine Mountain Trading Company Real Estate & Loans was established in 2007 as an independent real estate company. Our plan is to better serve the seller by being able to recognize qualified buyers and to better serve the buyer by getting them pre-qualified. On either end of the deal, our experience as a loan originator works with our real estate experience to give our clients the best of both worlds, real estate or loans, to help us help you to close more transactions. Coming away from the closing table with a good experience is where our business continues to grow. Referrals are the core of our business.
