I am happy to say that joining Nextage Diamond Realty is one of the most rewarding moves I have made in my career of recent. I have been in the real estate industry in some form or fashion for the past 10 years. I wouldn’t change my profession for anything in the world. I love what I do and I love the dynamic feeling I get when one of my clients steps across the threshold of their new home for the first time. My motto is “Turning Dreams into Reality”. I offer my services in the Philadelphia, Chester County and Lancaster County areas specializing in helping First Time Buyers fulfill their dream of a new home. Currently I am an undergraduate student at DeVry University where I am studying for my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. I am a member of I.R.EM (Institute of Real Estate Management) where I hold the designations of ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) & CPM Candidate (Certified Property Manager). I am also a member of GPAR (Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors) Suburban West Realtors, NAR (National Association of Realtors), PAR (Pennsylvania Association of Realtors), REBAC (Real Estate Buyers Agent Council), and the NNA (National Notary Association). My career has provided me with a large network of friends, from Ministers to other Realtors, Insurance Agents, Mortgage Lenders and so many more. I consider these close friends to be added resources for each of my clients. I am the wife of Rev. Daryl Perry Sr., mother of 7 and grandmother of 7. I am the Secretary to the Pastor of my church and also the Financial Secretary for the church. I try to volunteer for as many community events as time allows as a way of giving back to the places that I live and work in.
